Come On Cornwall! Get to the Business Forum!
This is a reminder to you regarding the England Golf sponsored Business Forum taking place at Bowood Park GC on Monday 7th December 2015 commencing at 10.00am.
You will have been contacted as a club by England Golf but I would like to urge you again to attend this forum and take the opportunity to benefit from what is on offer. I have spoken with England Golf today and established the take up for Bowood Park sits at 29 persons and I am aware of the clubs who will be represented. The following day there is a presentation in Devon with 71 currently booked to go.We have often complained about being the forgotten outpost in Cornwall so with a local forum taking place it would be good to see some additional support for it.

The feedback from the forums that have already taken place in other parts of the country has been very positive. presentations have been described as fantastic and clubs who have not taken up the opportunity to send the full four delegates - free of charge! - have been quoted as saying they wish they had.
What is a Business Growth Forum?
Format: 1 day practical forum from 10am-3.30pm (lunch & refreshments included)
Presenter: Jane Carter - Golf Unlimited. A golf industry expert with over 30 years’ experience. Jane has worked with over 400 golf clubs in the last 5 years to develop successful business and marketing strategies.
Who is it for: 3-4 key decision makers (min.2) from your club/facility, such as: Secretary/General Manager, Owner, Chair or Club Captain, PGA Professional, Ladies’ Captain, Membership Secretary, Sales Manager, Course Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Chair of House etc.
Cost: FREE of charge to attend - valued at £200 per club – England Golf is subsidising the Business Growth Forums as part of their club support service.
Meetings will start at 10am and finishing by approximately 3.30pm. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
