Cornwall Seniors narrowly beaten in Gwent
The Cornwall Seniors team were narrowly beaten by Gwent Seniors by 8 matches to 7 matches on Monday 15th September at Llanwern Golf Club on the very windy day in South Wales.
Cornwall got off to a flying start in the morning Greensomes taking a 4.5 - 0.5 lead at lunch before Gwent came back in the afternoon taking the singles by 7.5 matches to 2.5 matches and the overall match result was Gwent 8 - Cornwall 7.
