The Cornwall Boys U14 Team were winners today in what was a double header against Somerset over the Holywell Course at St Enodoc. The Duchy U14s recorded a 6.5 - 5.5 win in their Jack Roberts League match having taken a 3 - 1 lead into lunch after the morning foursomes. 3 .5 points from the 8 afternoon singles saw the team over the line with a win relieved Team Manager Tim Faull described as having been harder than it needed to be.
The U14 boys thus conclude their 2025 Jack Roberts campaign with two wins,, a draw, and one loss and will sit top of the table hoping other upcoming results involving todays opponents, Devon, Dorset and Wiltshire go their way.
