Jack Kevern took up office as County Junior Captain at the recent Junior AGM and says he is looking forward to the role. "It is a great honour for me to become Junior County Captain and I hope I can provide the leadership and motivation to see us complete a repeat of the wins we had in 2023 claiming the Roy Greenaway and Ben Enoch trophies."

For Thursday's match versus Devon the 10 man team sees junior stalwart Archie Fox (Falmouth) coming into the side with Dawson, Webber and Haynes missing out.

The Cornwall Seniors have three upcoming Order of Merit events which Holland will use as the basis for his team selection in the 2023 Seniors Channel League campaign. The three events take place at Perranporth (Mon 20th Feb), at West Cornwall (Mon 20th March) and at St Enodoc (Sun 16th April). Entries for these events can be made online via the CGU website.
