Clubs around England with Junior Sections are eligible to enter the JTG Championship in which players can play off a maximum WH
Index of 20.4. Teams at each stage of the competition consist of 6 players competing in a single Strokeplay round with one scratch and four nett scores giving the final team score.

The winning team, plus possibly the best loser in each Regional Qualifier, progress to the South West Semi-Finals, thence to a new
level this year, the South of England Final at Wrag Barn. 

The cost of entry per team prior to 31st May is £125, in June and July it is £150 and from August onwards it is £210.

Other SW Qualifiers take place at Weymouth (Sunday 20th July). Torquay (Sunday 7th September), Burnham & Berrow (Sunday 21st September) and Royal North Devon (also Sunday 21st September).

The SW Semi Final is at Weston-super-Mare on Sunday 28th September and the South of England Final is at Wrag Barn (Wiltshire) on the weekend 11th & 12th October 2025

The Winner and possibly the Runner Up from the 2025 JTG England South and North Finals will be invited to represent England at the Home Nations Championship in early 2026 with negotiations on hosting taking place with top quality venues in Northern France and the UK.
