Changes to CONGU for 2018

Clubs will receive further communication on this in due course.
As the release mentions there will be a (CONGU) book revision, but due to the potential of the World Handicap System in 2020, the decision has been made not to produce this in hard copy instead an online version will be available on both the CONGU and England Golf website in advance of the 2018 season. England Golf will send a communication out to clubs when this is ready.
