England Golf will next week deliver a 45 minute webinar as the first in a 3 part series about Developing Talented Young Golfers. It's open to clubs, counties, coaches and parents and will deal with the tricky art of talent identification

This session will cover:

• An introduction to the Junior Participation Pathway.
• The criteria for talent I.D. and how this changes as players progress.
• Understanding the player and their background.
• Tracking and monitoring progress.
• An introduction to the development system.

The session will be led by England Golf's Gareth Jenkins (EG Talent Development Manager & Men’s Squad Manager) and Laura Yapp (EG Junior Participation Manager).
