Advice To Competitors - Cornish Closed Sun 12th July

We have today issued an Advice To Competitors document dealing with arrangements for the upcoming Cornish Closed Championship taking place at Bowood Park Hotel & GC on Sunday 12th July 2020.
There was an equal measure of delight and disappointment at the number of entries to the competition. We had an unprecedented level of entry with 90 players applying and then had to disappoint the oversubscribed number. The cut off mark came at 6 handicap which in itself indicates the strength of the field which includes 6 PGA Professionals. Defending Champion Rob MacGregor (Tehidy Park) starts as does the 2019 runner up James Ruth (PGA Professional, China Fleet)
