Sport England have teamed up with Crowdfunder to make £1 million of match funding available to help the sport and activity sector through the ongoing coronavirus crisis. It goes under the banner 'Active Together'.

This investment aims to help community sport and physical activity organisations who are experiencing short term financial hardship or the ceasing of operations due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

There are a series of free sport specific webinars and funding courses being delivered by Crowdfunder to support the initiative as well as a dedicated Crowdfund Sport page

The first of the webinars takes place today but there are others planned for the immediate future.
