West Cornwall GC and Cornwall County Team member Harry Hall (pictured above courtesy of Getty Images) has achieved another milestone in his golfing career having just been selected to be part of the full 2017 England men’s squad. Hall moves into illustrious company joining Amateur Champion Scott Gregory (Hampshire) and English champion Dan Brown (Yorkshire) among a total of just nine players selected for the squad for the coming year.

Having previously been selected at Boy's level for England, Hall, 19 years, is is an England international in his second year at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and was his Conference’s Freshman of the Year. He reached the last 16 in the 2016 Amateur Championship.

Harry will be joined in the squad by another SW player in Josh Hilleard of Somerset. Tweeting yesterday Harry expressed his feelings on the selection.

Meanwhile the England A squad has also been named and contains Devon County Team member Jake Burnage (Saunton)
