Final Day Sees Further Defeat for Duchy

Cornwall suffered a further defeat on the final day of South West Counties Week as they went down 9 - 5 to Gloucestershire.
At the end of yet another gruelling physically and mentally exhausting week the Duchy team lost the morning singles 4-5 - 3.5
The morning winners for Cornwall were Adam Curtis, Matt Richards and Conor Wilson whilst Richard Jasper halved his match.
In the afternoon foursomes the only Cornish winners were Josh Greenaway and Richard Jasper who showed real grit and determination to come back from being 4 down through 12 to win on the 18th hole. The pair were 3 under par for their last 5 holes.
