Cornwall rallied to win their second match of SW Week as they defeated Wiltshire 7.75 - 6.25 today at Bristol & Clifton GC. The morning singles were evenly matched and ended at 4 - 4. THe afternoon foursomes saw Cornwall win two and halve a third to give the Duchy the overall match win.

Singles wins came from Chris Fleming, Josh Greenaway, Richard Jasper and Rob MacGregor.

Foursomes wins were achieved by Conor Wilson playing with Fleming and Ryan Curtis partnering MacGregor. For Curtis this was his first win and first points in his debut SW Week.

Day 5 Cornwall v Wiltshire Scores and Matchplay Table

Tomorrow (Friday) Cornwall Face Gloucestershire withan 0745 start and the chance of still finishing second in the matchplay.. There will be a two tee start tomorrow as the organisers attempt to get both the singles and foursomes played ahead of the forecast rain and possible lightning activity tomorrow afternoon.

Somerset have won the Matchplay with a 100% record to date. Well done to them!
