Praa and Treloy to battle in Final

CGU Summer Handicap League 2014
Praa Sands defeated Budock Vean GC 4-3 at Tehidy Park on Saturday in a playoff for a place in the 2014 CGU Summer Handicap League Final. The two teams had been tied at the top of their group table after a series of round robin matches in the competition which provides 7 man inter club singles matchplay competition for the counties smaller affiliated clubs.
In the final Praa Sands will face Treloy who were clear winners of their group and who will be seeking a fourth straight win in the event.
The final takes place at Perranporth GC on Sunday 5th October 2014 commencing at 10.15a.m.
