Westgate and Llewllyn Win Foster Mitchell Cups!

The Perranporth pairing of Ben Westgate and Chris Llewllyn master the conditions to win the Foster Mitchell Cups at West Cornwall Golf Club on Sunday.

Welsh International Westgate playing off plus 2 handicap and Llewllyn off plus 1 produced a fine display of shot making and distance control in strong winds to return a score of 35 stableford points in the morning foursomes to take the cups and 36 pts in the afternoon greensome to finish first scratch.

The handicap prize on the day was won by local pairing Reggie Kemp and Tim Rowat who produced 3 birdies in their last four holes to finish on 74 pts.
